“ Going there to buy food, especially patty is alwas a pleasure, but I think we could use some more space where we can sit and eat, all in all it's a good place to have some good food. ”
“ Food is always 10/10. Service in the past has been attrocious and I always regretted going there. The food was so good, I sucked it up. I do recommend everyone who like patties to go there because I love to support local. I do appreciate that when I brought in my 76 year old Mother-in-Law this time, they treated her with kindness and respect. There was a man who was harassing us to purchase his mixed tape who was standing outside and then followed us into the restaurant. The staff didn't do anything about this. The side counter was spread messily with promotional materials. I do appreciate that they are supporting community events, but it made it confusing as to who was waiting for food, who had received their food, and what the information was there for. ”

“ I believe around 2007, I visited Tinnel for the first time, and there was a young cashier girl maybe in her early 20s who attended to me. I ordered a box of patties and she was very rude, typical of us Jamaicans who has very little schooling and bad parenting. Instead of saying please wait it will be a while for the patty. When I ask for the patty few minutes after she say you see everybody a wait you no know seh you have fe wait . Keep in mind that they sell more than patties, how do I know who was waiting for what. I suggest that Jamaicans attending to the public should always take a customer service course, and remember that most of us do not know how to smile. I am Jamaican born and raised in Jones Town Kingston 12, and I learn how to behave after living abroad for a long time. This girl caught me off guard why I did not tell her my mind. ”

The pastry is fresh crunchy flaky and absolutely delicious, filled with perfectly spicey beef and a delite to eat . Best patties I ever had ...most Caribbean places get there patties from one of two places this happens to be one of the suppliers, so your getting fresh from the source and not frozen and re-heated and believe me the difrence is huge.
